The Premium Plus is the top-of-the-range health assessment. This will provide you with a comprehensive review of your health status and will identify any health issues that you may, or may not be aware of.

The Premium Plus Health Assessment consists of the following components:

Importantly, the Premium Plus Health Assessment also includes a 45-minute doctor consultation and a 45-minute one-on-one feedback session with an exercise physiologist for a comprehensive review of your assessment results. At the end of the session you take away a plan for life, which includes a personalised diet analysis, exercise prescription, lifestyle recommendations and e-Health (online results, feedback, lifestyle tracking and more).
